Description: Tony Brabo and his crew placing the Memorial Rock at City Hall. City Manager Allen Almcrantz is pictured in doorway, somewhat obscured by cable. The Hamilton Air Force Base sent airmen to help transport the rock. The rock was transported from Highway 101 as it was blocking part of the highway.
