Description
Dark brown eyelet blouse to mid hip. Mandarin collar. Square yoke front and back. Gathers from yoke to waist. 2" wide elastic gathering at waist creates flared peplum. Elbow length ballooned trapeze sleeves end with elastic. Buttons down front with 5 round domed 3/4" dark brown plastic buttons. Ties attached at center front waist.
