Description: 1 shirt card board (patent No. 1549819 U.S., mfd. by PATEK & Co.) with covering sleeve for inserting into dress shirts at time of laundering. Name on tissue sleeve is: "Sainte Claire Laundry, Phone Santa Clara 1100, 867 Sherman St. Santa Clara, Calif." Motto also printed: "The best in laundry service." Covering tissue also has printed picture of a man in golf attire, and a man in a dress shirt and tie.
