Description
Buck Chow, one of the original buyers of the Huntington Terrace Condiminiums in the Monterey Hills area of Los Angeles, holds a piece which broke apart from one of the pillars which support living spaces above a semi-subterranean garage. The pillars were reinforced with steel posts after they began to crumble. Photo dated: October 22, 1987.
