This photograph of the Victor Clothing Building was taken from 3rd St., between Broadway and Spring streets, across from the Bradbury Building. It shows a parking lot with several cars parked along the walls, and a gray BMW driving away. A huge 70'h x 60'w, 5-story mural, commissioned by store owner Paul Harter, and painted by artist Eloy Torrez, shows the words "Victor Clothing Co." and a dancing Anthony Quinn, from the movie "The Pope of Broadway". The mural was painted in 1984 on the south wall of the building. Eloy Torrez is an accomplished artist whose numerous works can be seen throughout California, as well as Mexico, Spain and France. Photo dated: August 18, 2005.
