Mr. Lacy stands, holding a cigar in his left hand, and a dark hat in his right hand. He can be seen wearing spectacles, a three piece suit, white shirt, striped tie, and dress men's shoes. A brick wall can be seen in the background, and Mr. Lacy appears to be standing outside, on top of a brick floor, surrounded by water puddles. A man's hat can be seen in the left background, leaning up against the brick wall.
