Photograph caption dated October 18, 1960 reads, "Van Nuys mother, Mrs. Aristeo Zamudio, holds 12-pound, 7-ounce boy born to her in Sherwood Hospital, 13524 Sherman Way, Van Nuys. Birth was heaviest in two-year history of hospital. Mrs. Zamudio and husband live at 14202 Calvert St. They have eight other children."
