Yearly rancho yield of 206,000 pounds of assorted vegetables and 33,000 pounds of fruit in addition to meat and grain goes long way toward feeding some 4,000 county prisoners in custody of sheriff during fiscal year. Bakery also turns out 60,000 loaves of bread per month."
