Photograph article dated November 13, 1963 partially reads, "The West Valley YMCA finally has its new building -- a modernistic, $317,000 structure. Following weekend dedication ceremonies visitors were led through the 12,500-square-foot building at 18810 Vanowen St., Reseda. The center has a 30 by 75-foot pool, 475-seat auditorium, kitchen, staff offices, conference room, chapel and council room, library and locker rooms on its 2 1/2 acres of land."
