Description
Photograph of construction on Angeles Crest Highway, ca.1950. In the left foreground sits a truck with the words "Jahn & Bressi Const. Co. Inc." on its side. The back of the truck is visible while a man who seems to be the driver can be seen hanging out of the automobile with his left hand on a lever that appears to control the release of the dirt from the excavating machine. The machine sits over the truck bed as dirt appears to flow out of the bottom. The parts of the excavating machinery can be seen behind the truck while a tree covered mountain is visible in the background.
