Description
Diode, possibly an experimental tube/gammatron created by Heintz & Kaufman for breadboard demonstration during litigation with RCA circa 1936. Label on one side reads, "Tube No 21". While the tube was part of Douglas Perham's original collection, the "deF" on the label indicates that it may have come from Lee de Forest.
