Description
Five women are depicted. The woman on the top left wears a green and white bonnet with a blue dress. The dress has a v-neck with white lace ruffles on the bodice and sleeves. There is lacing across the bodice. The woman in the top center wears a white bonnet trimmed with deep pink ribbons and bows. Her light blue dress has a high neck, and a ruched bodice trimmed with ruffles on the center front and sleeves. The dress has a white lace collar and a bow at the waist. The woman in the upper right wears a white lace cap trimmed with deep pink ribbons, a dark yellow dress, and a white mantelet and gloves. The mantelet is trimmed with a wide lace ruffle and the fabric is white with a green vine pattern. The woman at the bottom left wears a deep pink bonnet trimmed with brown fur on the crown. Her vivid blue dress has a horizontal pattern of narrow black stripes, and her mantelet and muff are ermine. The woman on the bottom right wears a dark blue bonnet and a green dress trimmed with black chevrons on the sleeves and skirt front. The dress has deep v-neck lapels and sleeve caps edged with black trim. Underneath is a gathered white blouse with a round neck. She holds a light brown fur muff lined with red satin, and a white lace handkerchief.
