Description
San Fernando Valley State College is now California State University, Northridge.
Photograph caption dated November 11, 1963 reads "Valley State's Jim Harrington is caught by the Valley Times camera as he illegally grabs the face mask of Cal Poly's Fred Bohn while attempting to tackle the runaway Bronco. Bohn had just intercepted a pass in third-quarter action during State's Homecoming game Saturday afternoon. Cal Poly of Pomona beat the Mats, 26-8."
