The article partially reads "Burbank's sixth fire station will be constructed on city-owned property fronting Bel Air drive between Tufts avenue and Uclan drive despite protests from some 700 persons in the adjacent residential area. A citizen group led by Richard A. Chapman, 848 Uclan Dr., protests the zone change on the grounds that fire apparatus would endanger the lives of children in the area and that the site, as recommended by Fire Chief William Taylor, is not an efficient one."; See images #00136657 through #00136658 for all photos in this series.
