Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated January 28, 1962 partially reads, "Margaret Lloyd chases men - and she admits it. She couldn't very well deny it. Her fellow officers on the San Fernando police force - all men - still rib her about some of her escapades. She now is in her 10th year on the force, the last two as juvenile officer, and she still meets her work with a smile. She has to." Note: Photograph caption reads, "Policewoman Margaret Lloyd's purse is 'loaded.' Revolver is in one compartment, handcuffs in another."
