Photograph article dated January 8, 1964 partially reads, "The Pacoima Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles City Planning Department are still miles apart over the use of multiple dwelling zoning in Pacoima. Representatives from the planning staff met with Pacoima residents and merchants Wednesday at Pacoima Junior High School. But little was settled, and the battle for revaluation of Pacoima's land use master plan will be taken to the Planning Commission on Jan. 30."
