Schwartz, 84, (father-in-law of Joseph DuShane who figures in story), standing by eroded bank of flood stream which has cut to within 10 feet of house (background). This is $50,000 home of DuShane threatened by flood water coming from new subdivision. Note: This is additional art on Monday feature already in".
