Frank Williams -- 18 years (threatened to jump) Father Lawrence Ferrero (of Wilmington's Holly Family Catholic Church stops suicide). Supplementary material reads: "Gershon. City desk. Illus. Daily. 1958-03-18. Photos show Frank Williams, 18, at top of oil derrick as he threatened to leap to death. Father Lawrence Ferrero, of Wilmington's Holy Family Catholic Church, comforts youth whom he coaxed to come down from top of oil derrick at 711 East Wilmington St. (?)".
