Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number, p-2601, p-2602,2603, 2619: License applications for the Bryson, Dillsboro, Franklin, and Mission Hydroelectric Projects have been accepted by the Commission for filing as of July 22, 2003, but are not ready for environmental analysis at this time. Additional information is needed on Water Quality and Quantity, Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Cultural and Historic Resources, Recreation, Threatened and Endangered Species, Economics, Engineering, and others.
