Photograph caption dated August 25, 1960 reads, "Pretty Margie Cicerelle of Canoga Park is all set to run away with coveted title of 'Miss San Fernando Valley' at Sept. 2 finals opening night of Valley Exposition Home Show at Devonshire Downs. Winner will reign over four-day Northridge fair which features rodeo, fashion shows and carnival."
