Title supplied by cataloger. In 1930, Kenneth T. Norris, Sr. opened Norris Stamping & Manufacturing Company, which later became known as Norris Industries. Norris was a metallurgist who discovered how to create steel casings for bullets, which led to the business's success during World War II.
