View of the foundation for an apartment complex, later named Wilshire Vermont Station, which is still under construction on the northeast corner of Vermont and Wilshire. A huge section of the site has been dug out and several tall steel columns are scattered throughout the structure. Several buildings can be seen in the background, among them: Bullocks Wilshire Building, now known as the Leigh H. Taylor Law Library (of Southwestern Law School), with its prominent green tower, and the California International University to the right. Photograph dated November 8, 2005.
