Back in 1903, when Austin was a sprightly 33 years old, he joined the Jonathan Club, which presently gives him the No. 1 membership. In view of this and his 93rd birthday anniversary, Austin was honored by fellow "Old Timers," those holding club membership numbers 2 through 25.
