Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated August 6, 1964 partially reads, "A lot can happen in four days. On Monday 2 1/2-year-old Karae Klint was being held by police, who found her taking an early morning stroll clad only in a T-shirt. But if police held Karae, she captured them, too. Her personality was so delightful that it was called to the attention of Bernard Sandler, a partner in Commercial Talent Agency. Yesterday Karae was signed for a featured part in the Arthur M. Broidy production of "The Lost Duckling." Sandler handled negotiations for the little blonde beauty. It is rumored that Van Nuys police are preparing to meet an epidemic of early morning walks by scantily-clad would-be movie starlets." Photograph caption reads, "I can't resist - Karae gives a big smile to Arthur M. Broidy, who is signing her for his production "The Lost Duckling," with an all child cast."; See images #00124305 through #00124309 for all photos in this series.
