Description
Land lease for 7.8 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro beginning November 1, 1940, ending October 31, 1941 with a yearly rent of $195. Date cancelled is unknown; document signed by the company and lessee. Notation at the top left corner of the first page states, "Formerly Hashii" referring to a previous lessee.
