Notarized papers from Northern and Mother Lode Counties, including Butte, El Dorado, Humboldt, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Sierra, Tehama, Tuolumne and Yuba counties. Types of notarized papers include citizenship papers, mining claims, land claims, including proof of publication, homesteads, pre-emption notices, and abandonments of pre-emption claims.
