Exterior view of Batchelder's house located at 626 South Arroyo Boulevard. View shows the front facade. Batchelder, who was a member of the Arts and Crafts movement, began his successful deocrative tile business in the backyard of his home. Date built: 1909, 1913. Architect: Ernest A. Batchelder.
