The article partially reads "A new form of therapy for Valley mentally retarded children is being introduced in the form of waltzes, merengue and cha cha. The most recent lessons to begin in the Valley are taught by Jack Marlo of the Van Nuys studio. His 15 students were chosen from classes of San Fernando Valley Association for Retarded children."
