A dark smudge in the print causes a dark circle on the face of Mr. Anderson. The Pump Room Restaurant was located at 13003 Ventura Boulevard. Photograph caption dated January 16, 1959 reads, "Optimistic predictions for the year now opening were a highlight of the annual dinner of the staff of Day Realty at the Pump Room restaurant. Chief award feature was the honoring of Larry Little as "star salesman." He was given a trophy for completing the 20th sale for the record month of November. Left to right - Larry Little, Chet Anderson and Ken Miles."
