Photograph caption dated January 23, 1961 reads, "New Luncheon Club President Installed - Frederick Gage, left, admires the clubroom plaque, designating his new position as president of the Valley Legion Luncheon Club, with Phil Schaeffer, past president. Assisting in Gage's installation was Lt. Col. Raymond Harvey and George W. Kemp, installation officer. Gage was installed in ceremonies Friday night at the Pump Room restaurant, 13003 Ventura Blvd., Studio City."
