Jim Pasqualone, surveyor, leans over the walkway connecting the outlet tower to the rim and checks the reservoir. He finds that the reservoir sunk 1/200 of a foot before being filled with 293,000,000 gallons of water. An inlet line is visible on the reservoir floor. Photo dated: Apr. 9, 1951.
