Group portrait of company of men in military uniform; shows kepi hats, thigh-length coats, guns with scabbards; drum corpsman and soldier holding banner at left, flag bearer at extreme right. Handwritten text, "Company formed in Hayward during Civil War." Hayward (Calif.); ca. 1861 - probably a later reproduction.
