Description
Sulphur Springs was a favorite retreat in the latter part of the nineteenth century. Visitors would come to drink the water in the hope of curing whatever ailed them. Located at Lovell Avenue and Old Mill Street, it is now the Old Mill School playground. From right to left: Alonzo Coffin, unknown, Beatrice Kelly, unknown, Louise Coffin holding Irene Coffin, Thomas Kelly, Walter Coffin, Maybelle Kelly, and Augusta Kelly. The unidentified people are probably Maurice Windmiller and his children, Hazel and Ralph.
