He is looking out of frame and has the stethoscope down the front of a boy's shirt. The boy is seated as well, next to a blood pressure machine. The boy is looking at the man with the stethoscope. Next to him is seated a younger boy. The photograph was taken at the UMMA Community Clinic, which was known as the UMMA Free Clinic in 1999, the first Muslim free clinic in the area.
