Description
Mrs. Robert E. McKenzie, president of the PTA, and students of Franklin Avenue Elementary School help collect bundles of paper for the school's first wastepaper drive on October 19, 1944. The students are, left to right, Nathan Reynolds, Herbert Bean, and Schuyler Bedford, who are members of a special service committee.
