Description
Hollywood stars and entertainers pose in front of the "Hollywood Victory Caravan." Included on the tour are Elyse Knox (bottom, right), Laurel and Hardy (bottom, 2nd and 3rd from right), Charles Boyer (bottom, on platform), Frank McHugh (bottom, left), Pat O'Brien (top, 2nd from left), Olivia de Havilland (top, 5th from left), Charlotte Greenwood (top, 2nd from right). Photo caption reads: "Twenty two Hollywood stars wave goodbye as they start on the Hollywood Victory Caravan tour of thirteen cities to give performances for the benefit of the Army and Navy Relief funds." Photo dated April 27, 1942.
