Description: Panorama of Monrovia. In foreground is intersection of Magnolia & Hillcrest. George W. Dumbell's house is on the SE corner, later located at 240 W Hillcrest. He was W.N. Monroe's bookkeeper. Further South on Magnolia is the G.W. Sevier home, then F.M. Monroe. West on Banana (Hillcrest) is the Milton Monroe House, now located at 329 Melrose. Behind the Dumbell House is the C.O. Monroe house.
