Leo Warner ducked out of the picture. Eleven other defendants are expected to surrender today in the case which involves writing, producing, binding and distributing what the Grand Jury called obscene literature. Fritch is an author's agent, while the Warners are major distributors. Bail was set originally at $5,000 but reduced to $1,000."
