Mr. Holter is Chief Executive Officer of The Shammas Group dealership, a company founded by his father-in-law, the late Nicholas Shammas; he is President of Downtown Motors; as well as founding chairman, and on the Board of Directors, of the Figueroa Corridor Business Improvement District.
