It reads "Neighborhood Community Church - H. Mansfield Collins, 1940, Founder - J W Woods, Jr., Pastor" along with the order of service and times listed. Several houses can be seen to the right. Verso on photograph states that this church was formerly the First Christian Reformed Church of Los Angeles, possibly dating as far back as 1930, but it does not list when it acquired its current name or what specific denomination is practiced.
