Description
This circa 1995 photograph captures the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, located on the southwest corner of Fifteenth and J streets. Abutting it to the west is the Sacramento Convention Center. This church building dates to 1903 and contains a stained glass window commissioned by Leland and Jane Stanford as a memorial for their son, Leland Stanford Jr. A 1914 fire destroyed the window commissioned by Mary Crocker.
