Peter Drucker writes to Tom Wise to answer his inquiry concerning a recommendation for a conference speaker. Drucker informs him that he does not know of anyone who is qualified to speak on the topics of education or healthcare, but if he wants someone to speak on management, specifically the management of Non-profit organizations, then he recommends Carolina Biquard, "founder and CEO of Fundacion Compromiso and a regaular [sic] columnist in LA NACION." Drucker copies the fax to both Carolina Biquard and Larry Lesson of Leigh Burau and hand writes, "for Carolina Biquard - for your information."
