Description: Aerial photo of construction progress of Interstate 880 over the Sacramento River at Bright Bend. The view is looking west from the Sacramento side of the river to Yolo County. Notes accompanying the photo indicate this is the site of the "cracked girder" that developed during construction of the bridge.
