Photograph caption dated February 2, 1963 reads "First Assembly of God Church of North Hollywood has announced plans for the construction of a new sanctuary at their present location, 11455 Burbank Blvd. Architect's drawing is studied by the Rev. Leroy Sanders, pastor, Al Rediger, Ernie Payne and the Rev. Rick Howard, associate pastor. The new sanctuary will have a seating capacity of 1,104, including a balcony and choir loft. Major feature of the building will be a majestic central bell tower, topped by a cross, in a garden setting between the new and old buildings, and a triangular chapel, adjacent to the sanctuary."
