Photograph of Ninth Street Bridge showing cracks, October 1928. In the extreme foreground at left, the decorative, stone railing of a bridge can be seen extending into the background at right. The center of the railing consists of circles inscribed with a curved column. Each circle is also separated by a small column. The top and bottom of the railing is noticeably cracked. In the background below the bridge, two sets of railroad tracks are visible. In the extreme background, a hillside dotted with trees can be seen. Back of photoprint reads "Received Examiner Reference Library. Aug 13, 1936".
