Description
Photograph of a view of the Hermon Avenue Bridge over the Arroyo Seco, 1936. At center, a ditch of sludge and detrius extends beneath a small overpass. To the right, two men stand along the railing above the arroyo. Beyond the overpass, scaffolding and other men can be seen trenched in mud at the other end of the arroyo. A tree-covered hill is visible in the background. An earlier version of the record reads "W.P.A.".
