Description
The wood framed Holy Family Catholic Church in Glendale. In 1908, Mrs. Emeline Childs of Los Angeles donated land in the "Child's Tract" on East Lomita Avenue near Adams Street where a simple frame church was erected. It was dedicated under the patronage of the Holy Family by Bishop Thomas J. Conaty on September 20, 1908.
