Description
The letter was written on October 4th, 1886 in Los Angeles. The letter is addressed to the San Antonio Water Company from Leslie F. Gay. The letter appoints Leroy S. Dyan as Gay’s proxy to vote for 10 shares of the San Antonio Water Company stock. The proxy vote would take place at the annual election on November 3rd of 1886. The note also appoints Dyan to vote at any other meeting held until further notice from Gay.
