Photograph dated July 8, 1948 shows, Barbara Gallaher, one of the candidates for the queen title in the Pacoima Day queen contest that was held at Pop's Willow Lake in May 1948. Gallaher placed a close runner-up and was one of the royal court's ladies-in-waiting at the Kiwanis Club sponsored event.
