Godfrey, principal of William Tell Aggeler High School in Chatsworth, says 'there is no rule of thumb in dealing with boys--each one is an individual case.' The school in Chatsworth is one of eight in the city school system which offer the last open educational door to students expelled from other schools for behavior problems...Of the 100 students enrolled at William Tell Aggeler, 72 are drawn from the Rancho San Antonio Home for delinquent boys, and 28 from other West Valley schools. The aims of the school, according to Godfrey, is to 'reorient the boy toward acceptable social behavior.'"
